Refund policy

Order Policy 

  • By placing an order you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all measurements, order details, and any other information provided to Design Curtains, and that Design Curtains Ltd. is not liable for any costs, damages, or issues resulting from errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information you have provided.

Custom Orders

  • Due to the bespoke nature of our products, custom-made curtains and blinds are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon delivery. (Claims must be made within 24 hours)

Cancellations and Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After this period, production begins, and changes may not be possible.

Return of Sample Boxes

  • Customers are responsible for returning all items in the sample box clean, and in good working order. A checklist is provided to make your returns easy. The check list also has the price of each item and non-returned items will be charged to you.
